I have been seeing Sarah on a regular basis for about 18 months and she is brilliant. I was seeing another massage person who was great at deep tissue massage (that I need being a Personal Trainer) but when I had a more technical muscular issue or niggle I needed a more technical therapist, and Sarah hit the mark! She understands the body and knows exactly what to do when I have little niggles that could otherwise end up bigger injuries – invariably they are gone in a session. I aim to see her fortnightly even if I don’t have an obvious ‘need’ and when I get there I realise I always do need something! I would love a weekly massage but time and finances can’t quite justify that just yet – as soon as they can I am there.
I recommend my Personal Training and Bootcamp clients to Sarah on a regular basis as I can trust that she knows what she is doing and they will be in safe and very knowledgable hands, literally. Sarah is more than just a massage therapist, she’s a really great massage therapist! In fact, she even doubled up as a wedding planner, helping me to sort out a load of wedding-related stuff as we both tied the knot around the same time.
Personality is important when you see someone so often and in such circumstances, and Sarah is great to be around, as well as very professional.
At 40 I need all the help I can get. Regular visits to Sarah throughout the season and during the winter have helped me stay injury free and enhanced my chances of achieving my goals. Her sound knowledge and advice makes her an asset to your armoury weather you are a professional athlete or a weekend warrior. Picking the phone up and dialling her number was the best sporting decision I’ve ever made. Forget all your electronic gadgets, get a sports massage!
