After qualifying with a Sports Science degree, I went on to complete a Level 4 Sports Massage diploma, accredited by the Sports Massage Association (SMA). Since 2008 I have been working with a wide range of clients – some with no sporting background but with muscular tension from their job, some keen sportspeople looking for a way to speed recovery and boost performance. I have travelled extensively internationally with the Team GB Diving team, for whom I was the lead soft tissue therapist including during the London 2102 Olympics, where Tom Daley won a bronze medal. I have also worked with London Wasps, Melbourne Storm rugby league, Iwan Thomas (current 400m record holder), age group triathletes plus dancers and semi professional football players and mixed martial arts competitors.
I am also a Biomechanics Trainer, Sports First Aid qualified, with enhanced CRB check. I have a varied sporting background – once a rower, I am a now a dedicated yoga fan, keen runner and enjoy climbing, horse riding and going to the gym.
